At Elements, our mission of simplifying global expansion through HR technology has enabled us to prioritize our people, grow our business and offer our clients the same success. With the continued changes we experienced in 2021, we were ready to step in and innovate for our clients through our Direct Employer of Record (EOR) expertise and cloud-based solutions. And that was a catalyst that led us to a record-breaking year.
The growth we experienced in 2021 underscores our ability to withstand unimaginable amounts of change while fulfilling our commitment to supporting our clients, our partners and our people. I can proudly point to doubling both our revenue and customer base as key indicators of success, but we saw exceptional developments in other aspects of our business which suggest there’s much more in store for us. These developments from the past year include:
- Launching two new tech-enabled solutions: GoGlobalGov and Venture Global
- Expanding our global footprint by 12% putting us in more than 160 countries
- Opening 4 new offices in Chicago, San Francisco, London and Shanghai
- Strengthening the team by expanding our C-suite
Since we opened our doors in 2015, feedback from our clients has given us invaluable insight into their evolving needs. This fuels our growing expertise. It’s one of the reasons why the past year has been successful for our business and for our customers – not only have we responded to client needs but we’ve anticipated them. For example, smaller companies seek our solutions in pursuit of gaining a competitive edge and competing with more well-known players by tapping into new, international markets. Our pioneering Direct EOR model supports the global aspirations of both emerging and established organizations looking to accelerate their global expansion strategies.
We’ve been mindful that our solutions are curated for the precise needs of clients with global ambitions; growth that would otherwise be out of reach. And while our customers look to us to break into new markets around the globe, we balance that with our proven ability to deliver superior, localized expertise.
