We would like to reassure you that we constantly review and update our Business Continuity Plans. Elements Global Services and its employees are fully prepared to continue our services uninterrupted in the event there is an acceleration and/or intensification of the COVID-19 outbreak.
The precautionary measures that we have taken include flexible, remote work arrangements and protective equipment and procedures across our global offices. If the situation worsens, our plans have a range of options that all include serving our clients.
Fortunately, so far none of our employees or their families have been affected by the virus and our client operations continue without disruption. Business Continuity Plans are in place and can be swiftly activated if required. This includes remote working and issuing travel restrictions for all employees traveling to, within and from within EU and APAC regions.
Our objective is simple – it’s to ensure that our services operate flawlessly regardless of the matter developing in the coming weeks and months.
