The relationship between a PEO, a client company and a worksite employee is a co-employment agreement in which both the PEO and client local registered entity are employers of record for the employee. Elements and the client company share traditional employer responsibilities and liabilities according to a contractual allocation. 


For companies who look to EXPAND, ONBOARD, MANAGE & PAY employees in a country where the company does not have a registered entity, Elements acts as the employer of record (EOR). Elements would assume responsibility of the LEGAL employer while our clients retain FULL autonomy over hiring & termination, compensation, culture & benefits, plus complete control of their products & services, and strategic direction of their company's global expansion!
